汕头建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路”重要门户的路径选择

The Ways to Build the Important Portal of “the Twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road” in Shantou

介绍了"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的经贸定位、汕头建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"重要门户的实践探索,认为充分发挥特区和侨乡优势,把建设华侨经济文化合作试验区融入到国家共建"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的战略中去,是汕头的战略选择。最后,从引进侨资与引进侨智相结合、创新创业与创客创意相结合、内涵提质与外延发展相结合、实体经济与虚拟经济相结合以及完善基础设施与改善商务环境相结合等五方面阐明了汕头建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"重要门户的路径。

This article has an introduction on the economic and trade orientation of the “21 st Century Maritime Silk Road” and the practical exploration carried out by Shantou in constructing the important portal of it. After analysis, the article points out that to bring the advantages of the special zone and the overseas Chinese township into full play and to integrate the construction of an overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation pilot area into the national strategy of building the “21 st Century Maritime Silk Road” should be considered as the strategic choice of Shantou. Finally, the article makes an suggestion on the ways to build the important portal of “the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road” in Shantou in five different aspects, i.e, to combine the Overseas Chinese capital with the introduction of Overseas Chinese intelligence, to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship with creators and creativity, to unite the connotation improvement with the extension development, to merge the real economy with the virtual economy and to have a combination of perfecting the infrastructure and improving business environment.
