摘要
随着我国大学英语教学改革的不断深入,教师自主性越来越重要,它是学生自主性的前提与保证。在信息化时代,大学英语教师自主性既受到其自主意识、知识结构、信息素养等主观内部因素的影响,又受到教学机制、教学内容、评价机制等客观外部因素的制约。要提升教师自主性,主观上教师不仅要提高意识、敢于创新,还要终生学习、提升能力,客观上相关教育主管部门既要赋予权力、大力支持,还要优化评价、积极鼓励。
With the deepening of the reform of college English teaching in China, teachers’ autonomy is becoming more and more important, which is the premise and guarantee for students’ autonomy. In the information age, college English teachers’ autonomy is not only influenced by the subjective internal factors such as their autonomous awareness, knowledge structure, information literacy, and so on, but also constrained by the objective external factors such as teaching mechanism, teaching content, evaluation mechanism, and so forth. To improve teachers’ autonomy, subjectively speaking, college English teachers need improve their autonomous awareness and have an enterprising and innovative spirit in their teaching, and also need lifelong learning and upgrade their ability;to put it objectively, relevant education authorities should not only give them empowerment and strong support, but also optimize the evaluation and give them encouragement.
