摘要 完成了适用于井筒冻结工程的换热器选型与基本参数设计,介绍了固定管壳式换热器基本工作原理,确定了换热器基本参数为:管程介质为待加热盐水,壳程介质为过热氨蒸气,换热面积25.87 m^2,换热管长度1 500 mm。利用工业性试验,验证当盐水流量控制在15 m^3/h时,换热器回收热量平均为744 MJ/h,可回收冻结工程制冷系统废热的10%,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。 The heat exchanger selection and basic parameters design for the shaft freezing project were completed.The basic operation principle of the fixed tube shell type heat exchanger was introduced.The basic parameters of the heat exchanger were determined as follows:the tube pass medium was the brine to be heated,the shell pass medium was overheating ammonia vapor,the heat exchange area was 25.87 m 2 ,and the heat exchange tube length was 1 500 mm.Using industrial test,it was verified that when the brine flow rate was controlled at 15 m 3 /h,the heat recovery of the heat exchanger was 744 MJ/h,which could recover 10 % of the waste heat of the refrigeration system,and achieved good energy saving and cost reducing effects.
