摘要
巷道掘进过程中,为使通风更好地适应复杂的作业环境,满足作业需求,针对正常通风和瓦斯超限排放2种通风状态,设计了一种基于模糊控制的控制规则,把专家成熟经验融合在模糊规则中,将现代计算机控制技术应用于巷道掘进时期的智能通风系统中,对于改善巷道掘进作业环境,保证巷道掘进施工安全,延长通风机使用寿命,节约电能和人力资源,具有十分重要的现实意义。
In the roadway excavation process,in order to make the ventilation better adapt to the complex working environment and meet the operation requirements,in allusion to the two ventilation conditions of normal ventilation and gas over emission,a control rule based on fuzzy control was designed.In the rule,the mature experiences of the experts were fused into the fuzzy rules,and the modern computer control technology was applied to the intelligent ventilation system during the roadway excavation process.It would be very good for improving the roadway excavation environment,ensuring the safety of roadway excavation construction, prolonging the service life of the fan,saving energy and human resources.
