摘要 大直径深立井施工需要采用多台凿井绞车提升,这些凿井绞车运行的同步性,直接影响凿井提升安全。为了使大直径深立井施工过程中,提升吊盘、整体砌壁模板、气水管路等凿井设施设备的凿井绞车能同步起降,保证提升过程快速安全,开发了以PLC为核心的控制系统、从站变频器驱动的凿井绞车集中控制系统。系统运行达到预期目标,较传统技术节省了时间和人力,经济效益明显,具有推广应用价值。 Several sinking winches are required for lifting in the construction of a deep mine shaft with a large diameter.The operation synchronism of these sinking winches would directly influenced the lifting safety of the mine shaft sinking.In order to make a synchronous lifting of the sinking winches for the lifting hanging scaffold,the whole masonry mould,the air and water lines and other sinking equipment during the construction process of the large diameter deep mine shaft,and to ensure the fast and safety of the lifting process,a control system with a PLC as a core was developed as well as the centralized control system of the sinking winches with the frequency converter driving.The system operation reached the expected target.In comparison with the traditional technology,the centralized control technology could save the time and manpower,would have obvious economic benefit and could have the popularization and application value.
