Operation Security Risk Analysis of Shanxi Power Grid

从电网结构、设备状态、运维管理等方面,全面梳理山西省电力公司、山西地方电力有限公司等企业辖区电网存在的运行安全风险,并对风险进行了分级。针对梳理出的风险,结合电网规划、生产计划安排、技术监督管理、应急管理等七大方面,提出了化解电网安全风险、提高电网安全运行水平的管控措施,为山西省电网的安全稳定运行保驾护航。

From the aspects of power grid structure, equipment status, operation and maintenance management, this paper comprehensively sorted out the security risks of power grids operated by Shanxi Electric Power Company, Shanxi Local Electric Power Co., Ltd., and other enterprises, and the risk levels are classified. In view of the identified risks, and combined with power grid planning, production planning arrangement, technical supervision and management, emergency management etc., control measures are put forward to defuse the power grid security risks and improve power grid security operation level, so as to guarantee the safe and stable operation of Shanxi power grid.
