Analysis and Countermeasures of Direct Air Cooling Radiator Freezing in Winter

通过西山热电公司在空冷运行中的一些实际冻结案例,并结合在运行过程中摸索的一些经验,研究分析了电厂空冷系统冬季运行发生冻结事故的各种原因和因素,制定了相应的防冻措施。在实际运行中取得了良好的效果。

In this paper, through some actual freezing cases in the air cooling operation of Xishan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., combined with experiences in the operation process, various causes and factors leading to freezing accident in winter operation of the air cooling system of power plant are studied and analyzed, and corresponding anti-freezing measures are formulated. Good results have been achieved in actual operation.
