摘要
排便的情况与身体健康状况息息相关,该研究旨在探究普洱熟茶的主要品质和功能成分——氧化型茶多酚(oxidized tea polyphenols,OTP)对排便的影响。实验以SD大鼠为模型,研究OTP对高脂饮食大鼠排便情况的影响。结果表明,OTP处理组大鼠的粪便颜色为红褐色(即OTP的颜色),说明部分OTP可随粪便排出;与高脂饮食组相比,OTP处理组大鼠的摄食量和饮水量并无显著性差异(p> 0.05),而排便量却显著增加(p <0.01),增幅高达34.08%;高脂饮食大鼠的排便指数在OTP的作用下亦由15增加至22(p <0.001),且显著高于正常饮食大鼠的排便指数(20)(p <0.01)。由此可见,OTP具有明显促进高脂饮食大鼠排便的作用。
Defecation is closely associated with physical health. The influence of oxidized tea polyphenols (OTP), the main quality and functional components of fermented Pu-erh tea, on defecation was investigated. The results of the effect of OTP on defecation of high-fat diet SD rats showed that the fecal color of the rats in the OTP treatment group was reddish brown (that is the color of OTP), indicating that some OTP could be excreted with feces. Compared with the high-fat diet group, there was no significant difference between food intake or water intake in the OTP treatment group (p > 0.05), whereas the amount of defecation was significantly increased by 34.08 %(p < 0.01). In addition, the defecation index of high-fat diet rats increased from 15 to 22 (p < 0.001) by OTP treatment, and was significantly higher than that of normal diet rats (20)(p < 0.01). Therefore, OTP can significantly promote defecation in rats fed with high-fat diet.
