响应曲面优化超声波辅助提取无花果叶总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:32

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Ficus Carica Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以无花果叶为原料,利用超声波辅助提取,采用响应面分析法研究各因素对无花果叶总黄酮提取率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比和超声功率对提取率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助法提取无花果叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数43%、超声时间42 min、料液比1∶60(g/mL)、超声功率200 W,在此条件下无花果叶总黄酮的提取率为3.519%,总黄酮提取率预测值为3.522%,预测值和实际测定值接近,说明Box-Behnken设计结合响应面分析法可很好地优化无花果叶总黄酮提取条件。本研究为无花果叶总黄酮的开发提供了理论基础和科学依据。 With ficus carica leaves as raw material, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from ficus carica leaves were optimized by response surface method. Based on single factor experiments, ethanol concentration, extracting times, solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power on extraction rate were investigated by taking ficus carica leaves as the raw material and using ultrasonic to assist in extracting the total flavonoids in ficus carica leaves. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was ethanol concentration 43 %, ultrasound time 42 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 60(g/mL), ultrasonic power of 200 W. Under the above conditions, the total flavonoids yield of the ficus carica leaves was 3.519 %, the predicted extraction rate of total flavone was 3.522 %, the predicted value was close to the actual measured value. Box-behnken design combined with response surface analysis could optimize the extraction conditions of total flavones in ficus carica leaves. The research could be developed a theoretical foundation and a scientific basis for the extraction of total flavonoids from ficus carica leaves.
