摘要
益生菌作为一种通过改善宿主动物肠道微生物的平衡,从而对宿主动物产生有益影响的微生物饲料添加剂,在畜禽饲料中已应用多年。乳酸菌是主要的益生菌,除具有常规的替代抗生素的作用外,还具有吸附重金属的作用。然而利用乳酸菌的这一功能开展对饲料中重金属污染吸附的研究刚刚处于起步阶段。本文就目前畜禽饲料及粪便中重金属的污染状况、乳酸菌吸附重金属的特征机理及其作为抗重金属益生菌的开发研究进展做一综述。
Probiotics have been used as a kind of microbial feed additive to promote the balance of host intestinal microorganisms for decades. Lactobacillus is the main probiotics which often used as substitution for antibiotics,and had the characteristic of adsorption of heavy metals. However,the study of Lactobacillus adsorption of heavy metals to reduce the hazards of heavy metal in feeds is just on start. This review summarizes the situation of heavy metal pollution in feeds and feces,the mechanisms of Lactobacillus absorbing heavy metal and the prospects of Lactobacillus used as anti-heavy metal probiotic in feed.
