Through consulting relevant literature and information, the basic situation of Caohai wetland and ecological benefit compensation system were summarized and defined.The necessity and feasibility of establishing compensation system for ecological benefits of Caohai wetland were analyzed, and suggestions on the establishing compensation system for ecological benefits of Caohai wetland were put forward.
