利用16个微卫星标记分析6个鸭品种的遗传多样性 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】为系统评价润州凤头白鸭、连城白鸭、北京鸭、樱桃谷鸭、吉安红毛鸭和于田麻鸭6个鸭品种的遗传多样性。【方法】利用16个微卫星位点(STR分型技术)对6个鸭品种(各30只)的遗传多样性参数进行检测并进行聚类分析。【结果】16个微卫星位点共检测到141个等位基因,多态信息含量(PIC)介于0.25~0.60之间,其中,9个座位为高度多态位点(PIC>0.50),7个座位为中度多态位点(0.25<PIC<0.50);6个鸭品种在微卫星座位的平均杂合度在0.385 4~0.518 7;聚类分析结果表明,润州凤头白鸭先与于田麻鸭聚为一类,再与连城白鸭聚为一类;北京鸭先与樱桃谷鸭聚为一类,再与吉安红毛鸭聚为一类。【结论】6个鸭品种遗传多样性丰富,反映了中国地方鸭品种间遗传多样性的差异。 【Objective】To systematically evaluate the genetic diversity of the six duck breeds,namely Runzhou Crested White Duck,Liancheng White Duck,Peking Duck,Cherry Valley Duck,Ji'an Red Haired Duck and Yutian Ma Duck.【Method】Sixteen microsatellite loci (STR typing technique) were used to detect the genetic diversity parameters of six duck breeds (30 ducks each breed).【Result】A total of 141 alleles were detected at 16 microsatellite loci,and the polymorphic information content (PIC) ranged from 0.25 to 0.60. Among them,9 loci were highly polymorphic loci (PIC>0.50),7 loci were moderately polymorphic loci (0.25<PIC<0.50),and the average heterozygosity of 6 duck breeds at mi-crosatellite loci was 0.385 4~0.518 7. Cluster analysis showed that Runzhou Crested White Duck gath-ered with Yutian Ma Duck in the first category,and then grouped with Liancheng White Ducks;Peking Ducks and Cherry Valley Ducks are grouped together,and then together with Ji'an Red Haired Ducks.【Conclusion】The results showed that six duck breeds had abundant genetic diversity,which also re-flected the difference of genetic diversity among Chinese local duck breeds.
