从“历史古镇”到“全域水乡”:“新江南水乡”的规划探索

From “Historical Town” to “Global Water Village”:the Planning Exploration on the “New Water Towns”

通过认识江南水乡的形成与发展历程,总结历史古镇与周边水乡环境之间的关系经历了"因水而生—相互依存—逐步分离—严重剥离"四个阶段,反思当今江南水乡地区所出现的问题。在此基础上,提出"新江南水乡"的规划理念,即城镇关注重点由"历史古镇"走向"全域水乡",通过城镇与外围乡村郊野的一体化保护与发展,激发整个江南水乡的活力与魅力。文章以上海朱家角镇的规划实践为案例,探索新江南水乡时代背景下"全域水乡"的规划路径。

Through understandi ng the history of the formation ond development of the water towns south of the Yangtze River, the paper summarizes that the relationship between the historical town and the surrounding water environment has undergone "because of water, interdependence, separation, severe separation" four stages. At the same time, the paper also reflects on the problems that appear in the water tow ns south of the Yongtze River. Based on this, the planning concept of the "New Water Towns" is proposed, that is, the focus will shift from "Historical Town" to "Global Water Village". Through the integrated protection ond development of towns and surrounding countryside, we can stimulate the vitality and charm of the whole Jiongncin water village. Taking the planning practice of Zhujiajiao Town in Shanghoi as cin example, the paper explores the plonning path of "Global Water Village" under the New-Water- Town-Era background.
