“学城型”历史文化街区空间特征分析——以厦门集美学村石鼓路为例

Analysis of Spatial Characteristics of “School City” Historical and Cultural Blocks——Taking Shigu Road,Jimei School Village in Xiamen as an Example

历史文化街区是个极具"空间特征"的场所,它以其丰富的历史文化、原生生活特质,展现了城市环境的多样性,形成了独特的历史感与场所感。本文立足现状调研,结合集美学村这一独特的"学城型"历史文化街区概况和其空间形态发展历程,在理解其历史底蕴、文化内涵的基础上,以石鼓路街区为代表,对其从街巷格局、功能分区、街道空间、环境、立面、断面、第一/二次轮廓线、风貌保护建筑等方面进行空间特征分析,并从使用人群需求角度提出街区保护和发展策略,以期改善石鼓路街区环境,促进发展,助力延续城市文脉。

The historical and cultural blocks are regarded as a place with "spatial characteristics". It shows the diversity of urban environment and forms a unique sense of history and place with its rich historical culture and native life characteristics. Based on the investigation of the status quo, this paper combines the unique "school city " historical and cultural blocks of Jimei School Village and the development of its spatial form, on the basis of understanding its historical heritage and cultural connotation, taking Shigu road block as a representative, analyze its street pattern, functional zoning, street space, environment, elevation, section, the first and second contour line, style protection buildings and so on. And from the perspective of users’ needs, the protection and development strategies of the blocks are proposed in order to improve the block environment of Shigu road, promote the development, and help to continue the urban context.
