摘要
本文结合梦中心滨江项目更新实践,从时代契机、规划条件、设计策略方面,梳理滨水区域城市更新的关键元素。上海梦中心,聚焦文化产业,打造公共空间和绿色生态环境,通过有效的城市设计策略,打造世界级文化滨江区和文化新地标,塑造充满活力的滨水体验。
This paper combs the key elements of urban renewal in waterfront area from the perspective of opportunity of the times, planning conditions and design strategies, combining with the renewal practice of the waterfront project of Dream Center. Shanghai Dream Center, focusing on cultural industry, creating public space and green ecological environment, through effective urban design strategies, to create worldclass cultural riverside areas and cultural landmarks, shaping a vibrant waterfront experience.
