Urban and Rural Spatial Production Characteristics and Planning Strategies under the Background of “Global Tourism”——Take Huixian City of Henan Province as an Example

"全域旅游"引导下的城乡空间生产具有阶段性特征,通常经历"资本原始积累—资本扩大再生产—资本带动全域空间生产"三个阶段,在资本扩大再生产阶段通常会产生较多空间问题。随着"全域旅游"时代的到来,"资本全域化"的进程将会大大加快。在"资本带动全域空间生产阶段",城乡规划应该对全域空间生产加强引导,力求解决资本扩大再生产阶段产生的空间问题,并促进新时期全域空间生产的快速、合理、公平推进。

Urban and rural spatial production under the guidance of "global tourism" is characterized by stages. It usually goes through three stages: primitive accumulation of capital, expanded reproduction of capital and capitaldriven global spatial production. In the stage of expanded reproduction of capital, spatial problems usually arise. With the advent of the era of "global tourism", the process of "capital globalization" will be greatly accelerated. In the stage of "capital-driven global spatial production", urban and rural planning should strengthen the guidance of global spatial production, strive to solve the spatial problems arising from the stage of capital expansion reproduction, and promote global spatial production in the new era quickly, reasonably and fairly.
