凯达尔枢纽国际广场项目创新性地引入国际TOD(Transit-Oriented-Development以公共交通为导向的开发模式)先进理念,并将公交化交通枢纽和商业开发紧密结合,带动城市发展与产业转型、文化复兴,提高城市吸引力与土地价值。项目的设计难点之一在于如何高效组织大型客流,"交通核"的植入设计为打通交通组织脉络提供了实际可操作性,本文旨在探讨"交通核"在TOD项目中的实际运用,以期为TOD项目的交通流线设计提供一定的借鉴作用。
