摘要
20世纪80~90年代后建造的一批现在继续使用的病房楼,由于当时技术的局限以及建筑使用时间的久远,普遍存在着能耗高,室内舒适度差等问题急需节能改造。而自然通风这一重要绿色节能措施,是改善建筑室内空气品质,减少能源消耗最有效的方式之一。故此,笔者选取了调研的两个案例进行模拟分析,并给出优化设计策略,以探讨自然通风在病房楼建筑节能改造中的应用。
Because of the limitation of technology at that time and the long service time of the building, there are many problems such as high energy consumption, poor indoor comfort and so on, which are in urgent need of energy saving and renovation. Natural ventilation, an important green energy saving measure, is one of the most effective ways to improve indoor air quality and reduce energy consumption. Therefore, the author chooses two cases to simulate and analyze, and gives the optimal design strategy, in order to discuss the application of natural ventilation in the energy-saving reconstruction of ward building.
