文章提出了一种管道应力计算模型边界确定的新方法即三向线位移约束两次即可作为计算边界。对采用这种新方法计算的管道示例的应力比值变化进行了对比,结果显示其计算误差满足工程计算的要求。此方法为管道应力计算模型边界的确定及计算规模的简化提供了一种新思路。

This paper introduces a new method for determining the boundary of piping stress calculation model, that is, linear displacements in three directions are constrained twice can be used as the calculation boundary. The stress ratio of the piping before and after calculation with this new method is compared and the results show that the calculation meets the engineering requirements. This method provides a new method for determining the boundary of piping stress calculation model and simplifying the calculation scale.
