摘要
针对沥青拌合站存在的氮氧化物(NOX)排放问题,开发了基于SNCR法的沥青搅拌站除硝系统。对沥青拌合站除硝系统进行了机械结构设计,三维实体建模,采用增量型PID算法,以出口NOX浓度的设定值与实际值的偏差对所需的喷氨量进行自动调节,设计了控制系统。由现场实验可知,该脱硝装置的NOX排放浓度符合规定要求。
A denitrifying device for asphalt mixing station based on SNCR was developed to solve the nitrogen oxide(NOX) emission problem in asphalt mixing station. After analyzing the process flow of the SNCR method, the required amount of ammonia injection is automatically adjusted by the deviation between the set value of the export NOX concentration and the actual value. With PLC as the control core, the incremental PID algorithm is used to carry out the control system design, and the monitoring interface was also designed. Field experiments showed that the control system of the denitrifying device could meet the control requirements and NOX emission concentration meets the requirements.
