摘要
提出了一种适用于弹药产品生产过程质量审核的数据处理和指标融合方法。通过选择合适的满意度函数,将过程能力指数标准化,并作为"5M1E"定性指标审核结果的打折系数。该方法将过程能力作为定量指标,采取融合方法计算过程审核得分,使"5M1E"审核结果与过程能力在逻辑上表现为"乘"的关系,不同于VDA 6. 3过程审核对过程能力指数作为定性指标的处理方法。
One novel fusion method of indicators in process of ammunition products was proposed. In the proposed method, the C PK values were standardized by virtual of selected satisfaction function, and were merged with the results of “5M1E” evaluation in manner of discounting. That is to say, the C PK values in the proposed method are kept with its quantitative properties, in order to evaluate the process score by fusion method. In the fusion method, C PK values combined with the results of “5M1E”evaluation are in manner of multiplication, which are different from the operations in VDA 6.3 of qualitative processing and the averaging among “5M1E”.
