摘要
磨矿过程中添加助磨剂会提高磨矿效率,以鞍千选矿厂赤铁矿石为研究对象,研究NM-3、乙酸铵和焦磷酸钠对赤铁矿石磨矿效果的影响,应用均匀试验设计方法进行了助磨剂复配试验,并对均匀试验设计的结果应用SPSS19.0软件进行分析,确定了较佳助磨剂用量和配比。结果表明:NM-3,乙酸铵和焦磷酸钠同时加入对赤铁矿石的磨矿起到阻磨作用,针对NM-3和乙酸铵的复配试验,NM-3的较佳用量为0.301%,乙酸铵的较佳用量为0.134%,添加较佳助磨剂与不添加助磨剂相比,磨矿产品中-0.074 mm含量提高9.98%。
In the grinding process adding grinding aids can improve grinding efficiency in Anqian dressing plant of hematite ore as the research object, the effects of NM-3, ammonium acetate and sodium pyrophosphate grinding effect of hematite, the application of uniform experimental design method of grinding agent test, and application of uniform experimental design results of SPSS19.0 software analysis of the optimum grinding agent dosage and ratio. The results showed that: NM-3, ammonium acetate and sodium pyrophosphate while adding to hematite ore grinding resistance to wear and the compound test NM-3 and ammonium acetate, the best dosage of NM-3 is0.301%, the best dosage of ammonium acetate was 0.134%, adding the best grinding agent and adding grinding aids than grinding-0.074 mm content mineral products increased by 9.98%.
