摘要 国利用显微镜、XRD、ICP、显微测温和拉曼等手段对河北临城两个石英矿进行了研究,结果表明:原矿SiO2含量可达99.9%,杂质元素主要是铝、铁、钠、钙、镁、铅、锡等;石英中流体包裹体为气相、液相和气液两相三种,未见固相包裹体。两个石英矿流体包裹体的均一温度分别为391~191℃、265~125℃,认为该石英矿床在形成过程中经历了两期的成矿作用。综合分析认为该脉石英原料进一步脱除杂质元素和流体包裹体,可使矿石达到TFT-LCD玻璃基板用原料的级别。 Two quartz mines in Hebei Lincheng were studied by means of microscope, XRD, ICP, micro-temperature measurement and Raman. The results show that the content of SiO2 in the ore can reach 99.9%and the impurity elements are mainly aluminum, iron, sodium, calcium, magnesium, lead, tin, etc.. Quartz inclusions have the gas phase, liquid and gas-liquid two-phase, no solid-phase inclusions. The homogeneous temperatures of the two quartz ore inclusions are 391℃~ 191℃ and 265℃~ 125℃, and the quartz deposits are considered to be two-stage mineralization during the formation process.The comprehensive analysis that the vein quartz raw materials can reach the level of TFT-LCD glass substrate by removed impurities and fluid inclusions.
