摘要
四川某铜渣铜品位为1.83%。对其进行浮选研究时发现,不同的铜物相之间的浮选速率存在差异。根据上浮速率的不同,可将部分易浮铜矿作为合格产品直接产出,避免其进入后续的循环闭路,再对快速浮选尾矿进行强化捕收,提高铜的回收率。试验最终获得总精矿铜品位为28.84%,铜回收率为87.59%。此外,捕收剂对比试验表明,BK901B是一种高效的铜渣捕收剂。
The copper grade of the copper slag studied is 1.83%. It was found that the flotation speed of different copper phases is different. According to the difference,the easy-to-float copper phase can be recovered first as a final product. That can improve the copper recovery of the slag.The test results showed that the grade of copper concentrate extracted from slag was 28.84% with a recovery of 87.59%. In addition,the comparative test showed that BK901 B was an efficient copper slag collector.
