摘要
汽车后窗台装饰板的加工工艺涉及纤维复合板材与表皮层的一体成型技术,在后期处理中,还存在冲切面外观粗糙等问题。文章在介绍一体成型后窗台装饰板的材料和工艺的基础上,提出后窗台装饰板表皮包裹工艺,为降低生产过程中的不合格率,对零件的结构和形状提出4点设计要求。该方法在满足外观装饰件要求的同时,实现了降本增效的目的。
The processing technology of automobile package trim involves the integrated molding technology of fiber composite board and skin. In the post-processing, there are still some problems such as rough appearance of punching surface, etc. On the basis of introducing the materials and technology of the integrated molding package trim, this paper proposes the skin wrapping technology of the package trim. In order to reduce the unqualified rate in the production process, four design requirements are proposed for the structure and shape of the parts. The method not only meets the requirements of exterior decoration, but also achieves the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
