连续薄夹层油藏细分注水技术研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对江苏油田现有偏心分注工艺及配套测调一体化技术适应性差的问题,在偏心分注工艺的基础上,研制了双导向封隔配水器及配套测调仪器,缩小注水层间距,并配合小螺旋角双导向结构,提高大斜度井适应性;配套测试工艺采用集流式流量计测下层注水量、外磁式流量计测总注水量的方式,形成了一套连续薄夹层油藏细分注水工艺,可实现8. 0 m油层细分4层注水,卡封间距最小达到1. 0 m,适应井斜提高至45. 00°。现场成功应用13口井,最小卡封间距为2. 5 m,最大井斜为31. 25°,均完成了分层流量测调,平均合格率为88. 7%,井下仪器对接成功率达到91. 0%。该技术的成功应用,有效解决了薄夹层油藏细分注水及测调的难题,值得推广应用。 In order to improve the existing eccentric subdivision water injection process and the matching measurement-adjustment integration technology, a dual-orientation water regulator and the matching measurement-adjustment instrument were developed to reduce the spacing of water injection interval on the basis of eccentric subdivision water injection technology. In addition, the small helix angle dual-orientation structure was combined to improve the applicability in high-inclination well. A concentrating flowmeter was used to measure the water injection rate of lower interval and an outer magnetic flowmeter was used to measure the total water injection rate in the matching measurement process. This subdivision water injection technology for continuous thin interbedded reservoir can realize 4-sublayer water injection within an interval with 8.0m thickness, the minimum packer spacing is 1.0m and the applicable inclination angle was increased to 45.00 °. This technology had been successfully applied in 13 wells with a minimum packer spacing of 2.5 m and a maximum inclination angle of 31.25 °. The corresponding water measurement-adjustments were all completed with an average pass rate of 88.7% and a downhole instrument docking success rate of 91.0%. The successful application of this technology effective improves the subdivision water injection with water measurement-adjustment, which is worthy of popularization and application.
