摘要
工业化发酵生产过程中,菌种性能的优劣、发酵条件(温度、pH、转速、风量等)控制精准程度、提取工艺是否合理,对发酵产品的生产成本有着重大影响。本文对影响工业化发酵产品生产成本的菌种、发酵工艺、提取条件等重要因素,结合实际生产,探讨降低生产成本的关键点及方法。
In the process of industrial fermentation production, the quality of the strains, the precision of fermentation conditions(temperature, pH, speed, air volume, etc.) and the reasonable extraction process determine the production cost of the fermentation products. This paper discusses the key points and methods of reducing the production cost of industrial fermentation products by combining the actual production with the key factors such as strains,fermentation process and extraction conditions.
