摘要
本文系统分析了GB 19298-2014中标签标识指标、理化指标、微生物指标在2015年～2017年广东省桶装饮用水专项监测的应用研究。2015年～2017年广东省桶装饮用水专项监测不合格率为17.8%,铜绿假单胞菌不合格项目数占总体不合格项目数的76.1%。铜绿假单胞菌是影响桶装饮用水食品安全最突出的问题。GB 19298-2014对桶装饮用水食品安全监管具有重要指导意义。
The application of label index,physical and chemical index and microorganism index in GB 1928-2014 "food safety national standard packaging drinking water" was systematically analyzed in the special monitoring of barreled water in Guangdong province from 2015 to 2017. The failure rate for barreled water was 17.8% while the number of unqualified projects of Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 76.1% of the total number of unqualified projects. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most prominent problem affecting the safety of barreled wa?ter. GB 19298-2014 has important guiding significance for the safety supervision of barreled water.
