摘要
采用ME6000肌电信号仪对电脑办公人群的颈背部肌肉进行静态测试,并用平均肌电值(AEMG)、中位频率(MF)、平均功率频率(MPF)和疲劳系数反映电脑办公人群颈背部肌肉特征.结果表明:碎片化运动方案实施前后,电脑办公人群颈背部肌肉头夹肌与斜方肌在平均肌电值、中位频率和平均功率频率有明显增加,疲劳系数明显下降,这些参数实验前后存在统计学上的差异性.碎片化运动在一定程度上促进了肌肉的激活,减少肌肉损伤.
The current study was aimed to investigate the musculi colli and dorsal muscle of people working with computers, using ME6000 electromyographic signal apparatus. The measurements include the average myoelectricity (AEMG), the median frequency (MF), mean power frequency (MPF) and the fatigue factor which reflects the characteristics of the muscles in the neck and back of the people working with computers. Compared with the baseline, the fragmentation movement, the splenius capitis and trapezius in the average myoelectricity, the median frequency and mean power frequency increased significantly. Fatigue coefficient decreased significantly. The results suggest that the fragmentation exercise promotes muscle activation to a certain extent and reduces muscle injury.
