高职院校大学生创业意向影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Students' Entrepreneurship Intention in Higher Vocational Colleges

在"大众创业,万众创新"的背景下,高职院校大学生自主创业能有效解决就业问题,意义重大。如何克服大学生创业的消极影响,激发创业意愿是高校、学生面临的重要课题。以安徽省2010级至2018级大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调研的方式,了解创业意愿的影响因素。结果表明:创业特质、创业教育、创业政策环境对创业意愿产生显著的影响,由此提出改善创业特质、加强创业实践、优化创业教育课程等建议,提高高职院校大学生的创业意愿。

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, independent entrepreneurship of higher vocational college students is an effective solution to the employment problem, which is of great significance. Vocational colleges, together with students, are facing the challenges to overcome the negative impacts of entrepreneurship and willingness mobilization for a business. This paper investigated the case of students from grades 2010 to 2018 to explore the influencing factors of entrepreneurship willingness by means of questionnaire. The results showed that entrepreneurship characteristics, enterprising education and policy environment exert a significant impact on entrepreneurship intention. Therefore, the authors proposed specific ways to improving entrepreneurship characteristics, consolidating enterprising practice, optimizing entrepreneurship education, in order to motivate the entrepreneurship intention of higher vocational college students.
