摘要
针对层次分析法需要进行一致性检验,无法有效处理判断矩阵中使用1~9标度法,导致指标之间重要性大小不具有刻画判断的模糊性、随机性、耦合性较强的问题,利用0.1~0.9标度法和云模型的优势,提出了一种改进的层次分析法;结合某型雷达维修费用保障方案选择,给出了实例应用.实例应用表明,与传统层次分析法和改进层次分析法相比,本文基于云模型标度的改进层次分析法既能满足指标之间重要性结果的随机性和模糊性,又避免了对判断矩阵进行一致性检验,其评价结果更合理.
The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) needs to carry out consistency test and cannot effectively deal with the 1- 9 scale method in the judgment matrix. As a result, the magnitude of importance between indexes does not have the fuzziness, randomness and strong coupling that characterizes the judgment. In view of this case, this paper takes advantage of the 0.1- 0.9 scale method and cloud model to propose an improved AHP. And then combining with the selection of maintenance cost guarantee scheme of a certain type of radar, the paper gives an application example, which shows that compared with the traditional AHP and the improved AHP, the improved AHP based on the scale of cloud model can satisfy the randomness and fuzziness of the results of importance among indexes, and also avoid the consistency test of judgment matrix, and that the evaluation result is more reasonable.
