摘要
为了加强军校军事技能教员队伍建设,根据军事技能教员职业特点,分析了军事技能教员职业发展现状,从职业发展阶段划分、优化职业生涯环境和加强职业生涯管理三个方面,提出了军事技能教员职业发展机制的构建,为加强军事技能教员队伍建设提供了参考.
In order to strengthen the construction of military-skill teachers, this article analyzes the present situation of the career development of military-skill instructors based on the professional characteristics of military- skill instructors. And then from three aspects such as career development stage division, optimizing career environment and strengthening career management, the article presents the establishment of career development mechanism for military-skill instructors, which provides a reference for strengthening the faculty construction.
