摘要
目的:比较项目教学法与传统体育教学对中职护理专业健美操教学的实效性,探讨项目教学法在中职学校体育教学改革中的应用可能性。主要结论:实验组(项目教学法教学班)的测试成绩整体优于对照组(传统体育教学班);项目教学法可以提高中职学校护理专业健美操教学质量和实用人才培养水平;与传统健美操课的教学法相比,项目教学法的应用对于中职护理专业学生体质健康素质指标的促进更具实效性。
Objective: To compare the effectiveness of project teaching method and traditional physical education teaching in aerobics teaching of secondary vocational nursing majors,and to explore the application possibility of project teaching method in the reform of physical education in secondary vocational schools. Main conclusions:The test scores of the experimental group( project teaching class) are better than the control group( traditional physical education class);the project teaching method can improve the quality of aerobics teaching and the level of practical talents in nursing schools in secondary vocational schools;compared with the teaching method of the class,the application of the project teaching method is more effective for the promotion of the physical fitness indicators of the secondary vocational nursing students.
