少数民族大学生体育行为习惯影响因素的调查研究——以滇西科技师范学院为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of Sports Behavior Habits among Minority College Students——Take Dianxi Normal University of Science and Technology as An Example

本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从云南省少数民族大学生自身体育意识的现状及云南省少数民族大学生参加体育锻炼的基本状况入手,对影响云南省少数民族大学生体育行为习惯的家庭环境因素、气候条件因素、场地器材设施因素、体育教师指导因素进行系统的研究分析,为今后研究少数民族大学生的体育行为习惯提供思路。

By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper starts with the present situation of the sports consciousness of the minority college students and the basic situation of the minority college students participating in physical exercise in Yunnan Province,and then makes a systematic analysis on the factors of affecting the sports behavior habits of students,such as family environment factors,climatic conditions,equipment and facilities,and the guidance of physical education teachers,so as to provide ideas for future research on the sports behavior habits of ethnic minority college students.
