武汉高校学生篮球裁判员培养体系研究

Research on the Training System of Student Basketball Referee in Wuhan Colleges

利用文献综述、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对武汉八所具有成熟体系的高校篮球裁判协会进行调查研究。研究结果表明:武汉高校学生篮球裁判员数量众多,为武汉篮球裁判的可持续发展打下了良好的基础。但高校普遍存在:高水平学生裁判员比例较低、英语水平和理论水平较差、培养课程少,领导不重视等问题。为加快武汉高校学生篮球裁判员的发展与进步,各高校篮球协会应加大其宣传力度,在学生中树立良好的威信从而引起学校领导的关注和重视;加强武汉各高校协会之间的联系和交流,取长补短;促进高校在篮球课程中穿插篮球裁判内容或加设篮球裁判选修课。

By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and other research methods,this paper investigates and studies eight college basketball referee associations with mature systems in Wuhan. The results show that there are a large number of basketball referees in Wuhan universities,which lays a good foundation for the sustainable development of basketball referees in Wuhan. However,there are many problems in colleges and universities,such as low proportion of high-level student referees,poor English and theoretical level,few training courses,and leaders’ neglect. In order to accelerate the development and progress of student basketball referees in Wuhan colleges and universities,college basketball associations should strengthen their publicity and establish good prestige among students so as to attract the attention and attention of school leaders.Strengthen the contact and exchange among the associations of colleges and universities in Wuhan,learn from each other;we will encourage colleges and universities to include basketball referee content in their basketball courses or to add basketball referee elective courses.
