基于SWOT模型分析下新乡市普通高校足球赛事发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of College Football Matches in Xinxiang Based on SWOT Analysis

近五年来,新乡市足球运动得到了较好发展,足球赛事得到了聚合性的提高。分析表明:新乡市普通高校在群众基础、院校特色、场地设施、地缘因素等方面具有一定优势。但同时,缺乏统筹规划及赛事运营人员、赛事机构不健全、宣传力度不够等方面的劣势也十分明显。通过运用SWOT模型,结合文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对新乡市普通高校足球赛事现状进行分析,指出新乡市普通高校足球赛事发展的优势、劣势和面临的机会、威胁。通过不同的配对分析,提出促进新乡市普通高校足球赛事发展的相应的对策,以期为新乡市普通高校足球赛事发展提出合理建议和理论依据。

In the past five years,the football in Xinxiang City has developed well,and the football matches have been improved. Analysis shows that the ordinary colleges and universities in Xinxiang City have certain advantages in mass foundation,college characteristics,site facilities and geographical factors. But at the same time,some obvious disadvantages also appears--the overall planning and event operation personnel are not enough,the event organization is not sound,as well as propaganda is inadequate. By using the SWOT model and combining the literature review,logical analysis and expert interview,the current situation of college football matches in Xinxiang City is analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of college football matches in Xinxiang City are pointed out. Through the analysis of different matches,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of college football matches in Xinxiang City,in the hope of providing reasonable suggestions and theoretical basis for the development of college football matches in Xinxiang.
