摘要
剧烈运动使机体内自由基(Free radicals)的产生增加,而活性氧自由基(ROS)是肌肉氧化还原平衡障碍的主要原因,氧化还原平衡的失调引起氧化损伤和肌肉疲劳,从而影响机体的运动能力。运动诱发的氧化应激对肌肉适应训练有协同作用,但也可能导致肌肉损伤。协同作用体现在通过激活运动中几种ROS的潜在来源,以此提高机体抗氧化能力。运动员也可以通过改善其抗氧化防御系统,以克服运动诱发的氧化损伤。近几十年来,为提高机体抗氧化潜力,通过补充营养剂以及科学的训练方案等来提高运动员的机能水平的研究越来越多。虾青素具有极强的抗氧化性以及高效的清除自由基能力,其研究主要分析虾青素抗氧化剂及其对运动性能和运动诱发的氧化应激的影响,为运动员合理补充营养提供理论依据。
Strenuous exercise increases the number of free radicals,while reactive oxygen free radicals( ROS)are the main causes of muscle redox balance disorders. Oxidative impairment disorders cause oxidative damage and muscle fatigue,which affects the movement of the body ability. Exercise-induced oxidative stress has synergistic effects on muscle adaptation training,but may also lead to muscle damage. Synergistic effect is reflected in the activation of several ROS in the movement of potential sources,in order to improve the body ’s antioxidant capacity. Athletes can also improve their antioxidant defense systems to overcome motor-induced oxidative damage. In recent decades,in order to improve the body’s antioxidant potential,it has become more and more common to improve the level of athletes by adding nutritional supplements and scientific training programs.Astaxanthin has strong anti-oxidation and high-efficiency ability to scavenge free radicals. Its research mainly analyzes the effects of astaxanthin antioxidants on exercise performance and exercise-induced oxidative stress,and provides theoretical basis for athletes to rationally supplement nutrition.
