心肺适应能力——预测身体健康程度的关键指标

摘要 年龄的增长会逐渐引起呼吸系统、心血管系统和骨骼肌系统的衰老,通过定期的运动训练可以产生与年龄相关的生理适应,特别是与主要器官(肺、心脏、骨骼肌)有关的氧气输送和利用,从而提高预期寿命。心肺适应能力已被证明是预测全因和疾病的死亡率的重要独立预测指标,以最大摄氧量测量。本文通过文献资料法总结了训练对心肺功能提高的效果,训练的实施,以及在临床中的应用。此外,肌肉力量也是身体健康的重要组成部分,与心肺适应能力共同发挥作用。 The increase of age will gradually lead to the aging of respiratory system,cardiovascular system and skeletal muscle system. Age-related physiological adaptations occurring with regular exercise training,with specific reference to the main organs( lung,heart,skeletal muscles) involved in oxygen delivery and utilization,thus promoting life expectancy. Cardiorespiratory fitness measured by VO2 max,which has been shown to be an important independent predictor of all-cause and disease mortality. In this review,the effects of training on the improvement of cardiopulmonary function,the implementation of training and its application in clinic are summarized through document literature. In addition,muscle strength is also an important part of physical health,working with cardiorespiratory capacity.
