Five Elements of Good Cadres who "Dare to Take Responsibility" in the New Era

习近平总书记提出了"敢于担当"的好干部标准,为我们选人用人指明了新的方向。选好用好敢于担当型干部,是一个具有紧迫性的现实问题。当前阶段下,作为一个"敢于担当"的好干部,需要具备以下五个要素:具有担当的才能本领,具备成就自我的愿望,具有"为民"的目标价值,具有"求实"的工作作风,要有适宜的成长环境。

President Xi Jin-ping has proposed "dare to take responsibility" as the standard of good cadres, which has pointed out a new direction for us to choose and employ person. Selecting and employing good cadres who dare to take responsibility is an urgent and realistic issue. Under the current stage, there should be five following elements of a good cadre who dares to take responsibility: ability to take responsibility, desire to achieve self, the goal of serving people, realistic style of work and suitable growth environment.
