大数据时代警察执法及安全问题研究

Research on the Security and Police Law Enforcement in the Big Data Era

随着互联网、物联网、移动科技的高速发展,我国已经进入了快速发展的大数据时代。警察执法此时需要顺应时代的变化,针对出现的新情况、新现象及时转变执法方式,这不仅有利于警察执法的顺利展开,也有利于警察更好的保障自身的安全。通过介绍警察执法安全现状,特别是大数据时代对警察执法安全的挑战,希望海量数据的分析和指引能为警察执法提供参考,以及为之提供安全保障,并据此提出大数据时代增强警察执法安全的措施构想。

Nowadays, with the rapid development of Internet, IOT and Mobile Tech, China has entered the Big data era. It's necessary for police to adopt new methods while enforcing the law in consideration of new situations, new phenomenon and changes in new times, which therefore is beneficial to the enforcement smooth going and better protection of the police safety. By introducing the safety problems during enforcement especially the challenges given by the Big data, and by the analysis and guidance of mass data, it can provide preference to police enforcement, the security measures, meanwhile proposition of strengthening police enforcement in Big data times.
