工匠精神融入高职思想政治理论课教学探究

Study on the Artisan Spirit Integration into the Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory in Higher Vocational Colleges

工匠精神作为新时代倡导的一种职业理想情怀和卓越品格,是高职思想政治理论课(下文称"高职思政课")教学的重要资源。培育和弘扬工匠精神是一项立德树人的工作。这与高职思想政治理论课的教学目标相契合、教学内容相融通。工匠精神融入高职思想政治理论课教学包含三个层面:教学目标、教学内容和教学方法的融入。工匠精神融入高职思政课教学,既能增强教学的现实性,提升高职学生对于思政课的获得感,也是高职思政课教学必须承担的新要求及新任务。

The artisan spirit that is the work ideal feeling and excellent character which should be advocated in the new era play an important role in the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges. Fostering and carrying forward the artisan spirit is a morality education work. It is correspond to the objectives and the content of the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges. The practicable way that the artisan spirit integrate into the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges involve integrating it into the courses' objectives, content and using some teaching method. The artisan spirit assimilate into the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges, which will strengthen the actuality of the ideological and political theory courses and promote the student's acquisition of the courses, and also it is a new task and a new challenge to the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges.
