摘要 微通道内流体流动及标量传递信息的获取一直是研究热点之一。基于CFD模拟技术,研究了微通道中气液两相及气液固三相的流动过程。开发了颗粒孔隙尺度网格处理方法,获得了微通道内气液两相流型随气液流速及气相入口尺寸的变化规律,初步分析了催化剂颗粒缝隙气泡的变形、破碎等情况,为微反应器的合理设计提供了指导。 The acquisition of fluid flow and scalar transmission information in microchannels has always been one of the research hotspots. Based on the CFD simulation, the gas-liquid two-phase and gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow processes in microchannels were studied in this paper. A particle pore scale mesh processing method was developed, and the variation of flow pattern with gas-liquid velocity and gas inlet dimension was obtained. The deformation and breakage of bubbles in catalyst particle gap were analyzed, which provided guidance for the rational design of microreactors.
