基于检验案例的长管拖车裂纹失效统计与分析

Statistics and Analysis of Crack Failure of Long-tube Trailer Based on Inspection Cases

对2008年—2016年期间长管拖车各类损伤案例的数量进行了统计后得知,裂纹是长管拖车失效最主要的原因。从裂纹发生部位的角度进一步统计裂纹案例,根据案例对发生裂纹的各部位进行具体成因分析,并从材料、制造、管理等方面提出了针对长管拖车气瓶裂纹的防治方法。

Based on the statistics of various kinds of long-tube trailer damage from 2008 to 2016, it was found that crack was the main cause of long-tube trailer failure. From the point of view of the crack location, the crack cases were further counted. According to the case, the causes of cracks in various parts were analyzed, and the prevention methods for cracks in cylinders of long-tube trailers were put forward from the aspects of materials, manufacturing and management.
