摘要
搪玻璃因其优异的耐腐蚀性能而广泛应用于各种压力容器。但搪玻璃层热膨胀系数、延伸率、弹性、抗拉强度等物性参数与金属有较大的差异,因此易出现破损和失效等情况。对搪玻璃压力容器中搪玻璃层的失效形式及失效原因进行了系统分析,并针对各类失效形式提出了相应的预防措施。
Glass lining was widely used in various pressure vessels because of its excellent corrosion resistance. However, the physical parameters such as thermal expansion coefficient, elongation, elasticity and tensile strength of glass-lined layer were quite different from those of metals, which leaded to the accidental damage and failure of glass-lined layer. The failure modes and causes of glass-lined layer in glass-lined pressure vessel were systematically analyzed, and corresponding preventive measures were put forward for various failure modes.
