摘要
为了验证改性脱硫石膏基喷射混凝土的现场支护效果,在丁集煤矿某高抽巷联巷进行了现场喷射支护试验,分别用改性脱硫石膏基混凝土和水泥基混凝土对同一巷道的不同部位进行喷射支护,并在不同喷射段分别设立监测站,实时监测了喷层支护结构中的环向、轴向钢筋应力和混凝土应变,对比分析可见,改性脱硫石膏基混凝土喷层支护结构具有较高的承载力和抗变形能力,因此脱硫石膏基喷射混凝土应用于巷道支护是可行的。
In order to verify the field support effect of modified FGD gypsum shotcrete, field spray support test was carried out in a tunnel of a high lift roadway in Dingji Coal Mine, the modified desulfurization gypsum concrete and cement concrete were sprayed on different segments of the same roadway, monitoring stations were established in each supporting section. Through monitoring station, the hoop stress, axial stress of steel and circular strain, axial strain of concrete were monitored in a real-time manner. After comparing and analyzing the monitoring data, we can find out that the modified FGD gypsum concrete shotcrete support structure had high bearing capacity and its resistance to deformation, which therefore indicates that the application of FGD gypsum shotcrete in roadway support was feasible.
