摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)工艺合成了复合材料前驱凝胶,并在900℃高温下进行H2还原,制备了Co_(50)Fe_(50)/Al_2O_3纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其纳米复合材料的微观结构与形貌进行了测试与观察,利用穆斯堡尔谱(M■ssbauer)对其纳米复合材料的微观磁学结构进行了研究.结果表明,复合材料中Al_2O_3的含量对CoFe磁性纳米合金的晶粒结构和磁学结构有重要的影响,同时也提高了CoFe磁性纳米合金的抗氧化性.
In this paper,Co50Fe50/Al2O3 nanocomposites were prepared by H2 reduction of the precursor synthesized by sol-gel method.For the Co50Fe50/Al2O3 nanocomposites,the microstructures were measured by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and the morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The microscopic magnetic structure was studied by Mossbauer.The results show that the content of Al2O3 in the composites had an important effect on the grain structure and magnetic structure of CoFe alloy.And the oxidation resistance of CoFe magnetic nano-alloy was improved due to the existence of Al2O3.
