基于ESI和InCites的吉林师范大学科研评价与学科竞争力分析

An study of the scientific research evaluation and discipline competitiveness of Jilin Normal University based on ESI and InCites

利用ESI和InCites数据库对吉林师范大学的科研产出、科研竞争力以及进入ESI前1%学科的潜力进行了分析.结果表明,吉林师范大学的论文数与科研影响力都呈现不断上升趋势,与吉林省其他省属大学相比具有一定优势.化学、材料科学学科进入ESI前1%学科的可能性较大.吉林师范大学推进一流学科建设,应注重学科内涵发展,加强高水平科研学术带头人的引进与培养,在科研评价体系中增加ESI指标元素,积极参与国际合作.

This study,based on ESI and InCites Corpus,analyzed Jilin Normal University s scientific research productivity and competitiveness,investigated the discipline potential of entering into top 1% of ESI.The findings show that with the increasing amount of research papers of Jilin Normal University,its impact of scientific research was becoming greater and greater.Therefore,Jilin Normal University has certain advantages when compared with other provincial universities in Jilin Province.The disciplines of chemistry and materials science are more likely to enter the first 1% of ESI.In order to promote the first-class discipline construction,Jilin Normal University should pay attention to the connotation development of disciplines,strengthen the introduction and cultivation of high-level academic leaders,add ESI indicators in the evaluation system of scientific research and actively participate in international cooperation.
