This paper introduces a perfect and reliable marine funnel system preventing water cannon attacks and some specific requirements for the system when it is installed on a real ship, ensuring that law enforcement ships in the process of safeguarding their rights and enforcing the law, avoid being attacked by enemy ship's water cannons and resulting in the loss of initiative and being suppressed by enemy ship, so as to achieve the goal of safeguarding national marine rights and interests.
