Research on Community Education and Community Governance in the New Age——Based on the Need Theory Perspective

社区治理是社会治理的最基本层级和最基础方式。从社区治理与社区教育的关系分析,社区教育是促进社区治理,实现"社区善治"的重要途径和抓手,能够从一个重要的领域实现社区治理的创新。结合社区教育治理理念,基于需要理论视角下的新时代社区治理尚需从重构熟人社会、社区文化治理、增强社区居民参与、提高居民协商与矛盾化解能力、打造共建共治共享的治理格局方面做进一步探索与思考。

Community governance is the most basic level and the most basic way of social governance. From the analysis of the relationship between community governance and community education, community education is an important way to promote community governance and realize“good community governance”. Combined with the concept of community education governance, community governance in the new era from the perspective of needs theory still needs to be further explored and thought from the aspects of reconstructing acquaintance society, community culture governance, enhancing community residents’participation, improving residents’ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts, and creating a governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
