离退休党建工作是党的建设不可或缺的重要组成部分,也是确保离退休老同志在和谐幸福的环境中安享晚年、发挥余热的重要保证。通过对离退休党建工作面临的主要问题及其产生原因进行分析,结合工作实践,以提升组织核心力为目标,提出了加强离退休党建工作、凝聚传播正能量的措施与办法。
